Cross Border Rentals at the north borderline are allowed on request. On request, customers can be picked-up.

Payments can be made in cash or by credit card, which must be specified at the beginning of the rental.

All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return. A refuelling fee will be applied if not returned with a full tank.

The hours for car delivery are from 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Reception from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Past these hours and holidays, you should check with the rental office.

If you wish to extend your rent, it is essential to notify Servicios Turisticos Aut del Norte in order to extend your insurance coverage.
